Everything comes down to the fact that most people are under some illusion that the drop rate is shit and won’t ever explore unless there is an event that “looks good”. I explore during all events and I have never never noticed any significant increase in valuable drops during “good events”. I guarantee you that 90% of it is simply due to the fact that more people start exploring when the event “looks good”.

Tl;dr: someone posts good drop. People start exploring. Get good shit, must have been because of the event and not because the drop rate is fine. :P

I have personally rolled somewhere between 5-10k stats(will check the exact number when I’m done) this event so it’s pretty much inevitable that you hit something good eventually when you go through that many stats.

We've had tons of faster mute events and that makes ppl break down fuckton of items faster, we're all saving our essences for events like these, so it's not weird at all that all of these show up at the same time.
I didnt sell a single essence for weeks before this event, and now when this one went live i sold many hundreds of essences.
