perfect, exactly what I did need, and monster level = char level/driver level?

a level 40 char you can get lvl 30 weapon from the monsters..i think you can get lvl 35 weapons from eps when you get to lvl 42
someone can correct me if i'm wrong

so lets say Im lvl 45, would a lvl 35 sword then be able to drop with max EE?

yeah a 35 sword could drop and it could have a max of 200ee
