Last night welling with +4 ML resulted in my main drop:

Rare fine alloy dagger
Level Req: 20
Damage: 101 to 178
+99% Enhanced Effect
+199 Max Mana

Level 25 Guardian... only +2 ML armor (level 10) and main charm (level 10) and using level 15 Longsword with 92% ee. Killspeed was still good ... done like 50+ wellables ... only decent item using the ML from start to finish. Oh, only on 2 occasions level 30 side drop items appear. Also ran around clearing the rest of the catacomb with those items on, no improvement in drops that I noticed.

Oh well, more testing... sure others have their own conclusions with their runs, so I will also have to take heed of Create game with ML and clear cata or map just using ML gear.
