I voted maybe because I would vote No on the "1 hit killspeed for better drops from the mob", it was mentioned that Abilities and using Heavy Weapons would be somewhat OP. Personally, an EP should have a minimum of 1 item drop, not the chance to drop 0 (zero) item(s).
I would vote Yes to improving the Reward of completing a Catacomb based on the size.
You could have an increase X% proficiency gain based on the size of the Catacomb you enter. Of course the early level catacombs (smaller) would yield no such benefit, say 10% Prof Gain when creating (entering) a level 30 Catacomb complete by 55, 20% @ level 55 etc. NOTE: just a thought.
Maybe a bonus Map drop the larger the Catacomb cleared... Solo run would complete a catacomb starting @ level 25 and receive 2 maps. So if a full group was to do this, there would only be 1 extra map = 6. If starting a level 55 catacomb and completing it, you receive 2 extra maps (solo = 3 / max group = 7). NOTE: just a thought.
People have mentioned a Boss at the end of catacomb, guaranteed drop and is as hard as 4 Corners maybe. Just another thought.
