Just want to clarify that I'm not mad or raging behind the keyboard or anything like that, I know it may seem like it by just reading my posts sometimes.. Whoever has talked to me in voice must know it's nothing like that lol

I don't understand the first sentence, what is 2x4? I've heard a lot of things from older people so I have some knowledge, no first hand experience though. My best guess is the game was about as hard as the beta servers we did the testing at. Which was really bad yes, but you could find better and unspawn items in 2005 or whenever it was, so I can't say how much harder it really was.

I got to lvl 50-55 in the beta server iirc ( think I bought a couple of items from the MP though, nothing good obviously, but it helped). There were 2 or 3 faster fishing events with really high rolls in a row near the end of the beta server testing, so I wanted to do some fishing and couldn't finish that solo.

I started playing ladder slasher for the very first time february 2015. I know you haven't played for a long time so you can't know, but can you name a single person that started playing the game as late as me and didn't get bored after 1 year? Or has anywhere near my prof/kills etc?

Currently I think I'm at about #10 for most combined weapon/cast/heal prof in standard and obviously you and lots of other older people will have no idea who I am, because I started playing 750 year after everyone else.

Most of the people with higher prof than me have been around in the game for a lot longer than me and already had millions and millions of prof before I ever logged in the game.

The people are (I don't know derduffs' name): Nic, Ati, Babis, Dion, Derduff, Sabrina, Anita, Damian (xDiax) Matthi, and Alex

Sabrina, Anita and Alex have basically 0 skilling prof and are only slightly ahead of me in the other prof, Matthi, Ati, Derduff and Damian have some skilling prof, but are still very far away from me.

Tl/dr everyone besides Anita and Sabrina have been around or started the game a lot sooner than me and I'm still really close to some of them, specially if you count skilling + other prof.
This is debatable and there are other factors to consider, but purely based on all prof gained, the only people that have spent more hours in the game than me in softcore are Nic, Babis Dion and Ati. So this means I'm arguably in the Top 5.

People that get honourable mentions are: NeverDies, Razo, Derduff, all of which have a chance to have played as much or more than me. (I might be forgetting someone, but I doubt it, lmk)

I can guarantee I have and have always had the worst gear out of all of these people and a good chunk of the better items I have I've only owned for 1 or 2 years. This is part of the reason why my prof is so high, there is noone else that has spent so much time playing this game both solos and climbs with as bad of a gear as I've had.

Slush, Dan, Sub, Dennis and other people in EE helped me gear up, if it wasn't for them I might have quit this game at some point or still be struggling. Ty

This is what I meant by "struggle", of course I was still able to do a solo with 100-120 ee items while skipping a bunch of lvls, anyone COULD, but who has? All of the people I've mentioned before besides Derduff Babis and Damian are mainly/only playing in groups, Alex does some solos I guess.

But either way noone of them and none of any other people that play a lot of solo like: Zalc, Nubasaurus, Hayden (before), etc. have had as shit gear as I've had for majority of their time.

Edit: I'm not against old people selling unspawn items, every game has them and that's normal, I'm against the fact that there's a huge lack of certain items at certain lvls, which imo shouldn't be that special to find (example would be 45 180+ ee fires, 45/50+ int staves, I guess 190+ ee mq focused heals etc., you still need to pm old people for imo pretty average/non special items that won't drop now). Even 200-220ish ee mq "something" shouldn't be as difficult to obtain as it is now, like Ice for example. The only 200+ ee ice that's been around for the past 5 years is the one Justin found.. Even 180+ is basically impossible to find.

Most of the people with the epic gear thats hiding, either are gone forever (RIP), havent logged on in years, or wont sell if their lives depended on it. Some people are that greedy.
