As does everyone else just by looking at the results of this poll.......
In fact I would steal from your bowl but your probably one of those weirdos that puts ranch or ketchup all over it so I’ll just make my own bowl!
I am a simple Salt/butter popcorn eater... mind you.. I am not a fan of popcorn... I prefer Raw Fish salad while watching something entertaining, mind you, LS comments are not that interesting to go to those lengths of entertainment food.
What is in "Raw Fish Salad" ... basically the fish is dependent on the preference of the consumer (Snapper [nice, bland but soft texture], now Red / Blue Cod can give some flavor [more salty like seafood is supposed to be]... of course there are more... one of the least instances is "Monk Fish"... well, this fish can give the whole salad the taste experience in an instant instead of refrigerating it for 3-5 hours before consumption)
Two ingredients to "cook" the fish;
#1 Lemon
#2 Tomato
Too much Lemon changes the taste & curdles the coconut (milk/cream), whereas the Tomato is perfect (even for taste preference)
So the ingredients of the Salad (excluding raw fish fillets that can be replaced with simple ham slices etc)
1kg of Fish (or Ham)
1 Red capsicum
1 Yellow capsicum
2 tomatoes (each fitting the palm of your hand)
1 Red onion (again, fitting the palm of your hand)
1 bushel of Spring Onions
2 cans of FiaFia Coconut Milk/cream
I don't use Cucumber, but you may want to add this (personally it reduces the flavor... watering it down)
Start with the fish fillets (as for the ham... that is added last)
Salt both sides and dice them into bit size chunks (dependent on the preference of the consumer)
Dice tomatoes into small cubes and add to the fish (stir thoroughly and add a little more salt)
Dice up the remaining ingredients (small), add to fish/tomatoes and stir in thoroughly.
Add the Coconut Milk/Cream (2 cans) and mix thoroughly... taste test, then put in fridge for 3+ hours (unless using Monk Fish fillets)
Taste test... stir.
When serving to others and yourself... add Salt/Pepper to the table.... everyone has their own preference to taste right?
