oh man, if only your charm was 48dex and 11% lifesteal instead of 12cs being 'worth' around 4dex or whatever, that would be a super good charm!! id definitly want a 48dex charm with 11lifesteal over a 51dex plain charm! forsure, losing 3dex for 11ls i take that trade anyday!

EDIT: yup, found my error: doh... it is right there in black and white... ACC does NOT calculate the true heal with negative 25%. It does however change the heal when adding say 57 Int
