I exclusively use mobile and don't see how it could make things easier. I use 50 vault slots and 8 characters and still keep running out of room while waiting on my MP to get cleared.

Im working on getting better ees gear as well; but it's expensive and 8 free mules would really help. It's easy to switch and transfer between characters on mobile and there are about 1 million other changes that could be implemented to make using mobile easier

For real though, you can easily find 6-8 ees gear on the market for anywhere between 1-50 fg, just need to check it on a daily basis. I would be mildly triggered if I was limited to only 8 characters, but yeah... you can just get some ees gear to solve your issue.

ive been checking daily for over a week now, anything with 5+ extra equipement slot (with any lvl required, even lvl 55) is always 50-80fg+ per piece. Havent seen a single piece for under 50fg with 5+ slots and i check several time everyday. Maybe the last time you bough ees gear was long ago and things have changed? who knows, all i know is what ive been seeing for 1-2week or so. If you really think that 6-8 ees gear is worth 1-50 fg, how about we meet in the middle and you sell me a few pieces for 30fg each?

Anyways that isnt the point of my topic, i was just trying to see if most people do have 16chars or if the majority were like me and stuck with 8chars, and trying to figure out why that is... i find it unfair thats all really.

and thought guy guy, yeh i'm aware of the vault, yeh its great and all but my point is that if i could have 8 extra characters like you guys have i would be able to save up on 5 or more vault upgrades (250fg + per month saved). When i created this topic i had 250 slots in my vault, im now up to 300... and i will probably have to go up to 350 or 400 even before im 'satisfied' with my storage capacity... sad thing is that if i had those 8 extra character i would already have that amount of storage without spending more.

Most of the players will still have more than 8 characters created before v1.32 update. That is a given since the update isn't that old.

I have seen plenty of items on the market at that price during the last 3 days, it is not very hard to find them, just have to search multiple times per day. No, I buy ees gear just about every week, it has probably been at most 7 days since my last purchase. I search the market daily for these items and there is a pretty crazy amount of them that I don't buy because I just don't need them. I don't think they are worth 1-50 fg that is simply the price that you can find them for, posted a few examples below.

I agree though, I don't see why anyone should be limited to 8 chars, in fact, I would like to see the ability to expand it 32 chars or more as a certified hoarder, I can only say sorry for your loss and may lord gaben bless you with more characters.

While I agree on the number of chars thing... you could literally buy 1 set of ees gear and lock things up on your chars, "I only have 2-3 ees gear" is just a weak argument for it. Even if you get 16 chars, how long will it be before you fill those up? 1 week? 2? I have 500 vault slots at the moment and will probably get more pretty soon, that is how this game works. You always end up getting screwed for inventory space

im not saying that having 16characters would forever fix all my storage issues/needs or anything like that. I'm simply saying that its unfair that new players/ old players that didnt create 16characters in case there was a suddent shadowpatch preventing them from making more than 8chars in the future, are now stuck with 8chars maximum while other people have 16. It's not even made clear in any patch note, could be something like:

''from now on people can only have 8characters maximum, brand new feature added to the game. People who had more than 8characters before this patch can keep them but others? fuck them, fuck them good. New feature baby, DLC, get it now!

This brand new amazing feature was added to please the playerbase, it was a much requested change because 1 person back in 2011 complained that because he had so many characters, he sometimes wasnt too sure anymore wich one of his character had wich item. To make easier the life of this player(who hasnt logged in since early 2017) who complained about this back in 2011 in a shitpost topic, we decided to deploy this new rule.


To help some people understand one of the reasons why this is annoying me so much (not having extra chars for storage space) i will show you what it looks like in your gold log when you hoard items worth 1-10fg to sell to transmuters and stuff like that...

I've been almost exclusively playing ladder slasher and queslar in november... and at most 25 of those 777trades were on queslar.

That brings up another thing that's inconvenient, the unability to 'buy' or 'rent' more marketplace slots... id be very happy to 'rent' lets say another 25 marketplace slots for 50fg per month or something, same as vault lol
