/e I think i alt tab'd and triggered 2hit back and thats why it never kicked me out of cata, and i must of had monsters idk. Re-opened Ls tab on char selection when i alt-tabbed back, I have 5k life and tank armor not sure how i got hit so many times

Yeah... two hit back selected on a single target or heal/attack charm selected, even when you run out of mana will not kick you back to town. Not sure why the game works that way, since you’re not getting actions either way, but that’s how it goes...
Sorry to see anyone die to a mistake. Wish you woulda had the glory of going out against a really crazy set of EPs instead if you had to die.
