That x22 mute exp is just adds to your character experience has nothing to do with transmuting prof you would make same amount of transmuting prof as you would without the x22 mute experience

If you are looking for transmuting event look for faster transmuting u will get less prof from items but you can breeze through them quicker


Also the x22 transmuting event is good for players that are struggling to get to higher levels
They can grab some tier 1s and mute their way to leveling or whatever rank you have in transmuting
