This was my MQ setup on my self found character, it took a while to do, but it was done just fine. If you can get anything better than this, you'll be just fine.

yeah ok so all this time i spent trying to find a lvl 55 CLUB was just for an extra 2% proficiency. Great. I guess to me that doesn't really matter. Thanks for the info.

Clubs and staffs tend to be the cheapest while daggers/swords are the most expensive.

I was going to make a character and do this. Just keep dying and farming gear at level 55.
Basically just wear magic find gear and make sure i have the least amount of VIT as possible so i can die faster.
Is that a thing or no?

I'd still go 100vit, just kill monsters until they kill you and keep rejoining at low life is fine.

This. Make sure you can kill things and stay alive long enough to get the drops. Throw on a tier I robe when you want to die
