If I can do 3-4 Master Quests per week on HC with mediocre gear compared to SC gear... I think he could do all 3 in
1 month.

wouldn't you go a new feeder first?

pass, then redo feeder (2 attempts)
fail, pass (2 attempt)
fail, fail, switch to a character that's already passed (3 attempts)

66% chance to do it in 2 attempts
