I am more worried about shrine-ing my EES gear, this is the only way I can store well-able items in my inventory until I find a well, also, it comes in handy for picking up more shrine-ables when solo'ing.

IMO chance of shrine / mute / glyph accidentally items its part of the game you always an fu..ed something and if accidentally someone shrine his gg item --> life but it should keep game economy on decent level.
Ofc. now it is hard to say about economy of this game cuz we have to low active player...
