This is a fallacy. The word "again" may suggest prior complaining occurred, but it does not assert as much. Also, it does not hinder OP from maintaining commitment. Quite the contrary.

OP may still refrain from complaining "again" regardless of whether or not complaints occurred in the past. This just means that future complaints will not be "complaining again," and therefore do not constitute a breach of the commitment.

Not that clearly.My point wasn't a grammatical one, but a logical one. Proficiency and love for language is not mutually exclusive with proficiency and love for logic.
