I haven't bought the Int armor yet because its price is a little bit higher for my budget, but i am thinking to get this healing charm as upgrade

Rare heal VI, Heals: 54 to 144, +82% Enhanced Effect, +2% Critical Flux

What do you think, does it worth to pay 9 forum gold for it as an upgrade or i should have more patience to wait for more charms/items to show off on marketplace?
Will gather enhanced effect gear but heal mastery and Int gear too for a possible use when in a group hopefully.
