The system is thinking you are full mana, when in fact you are not
Yes I can use a heal spell, cast or anything else to "trigger" it into working
I was just trying to let those in charge know that there is a flaw in the system ... So did you catch all of that or should I explain in a Kindergarten fashion?

Maybe you did not read my post ALL THE WAY. It works for me EVEN AFTER I LVL to FULL MANA EVERYTIME try using some first. Or re-equip some gear so that the game registers the changes. It is a server and you have to give it time to register everytime you lvl you can use the point view your character and 90% of the time. It still shows that you have 1 stat point remaining. You have to allow the server to catch up.
Looks to me like your the one not READING.
YOU SIMPLY HAVE TO ALLOW THE SERVER TO CATCH UP AND ACTUALLY REGISTER THAT YOU ADDED MANA. RE-EQUIP YOUR GEAR IN CATAS AND IT SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE THIS ITS WHAT I DO AND IT WORKS JUST FINE FOR ME. AND YES MPA LPA ETC DOES HAVE A LESS CHANCE TO HIT ON REGULAR MOBS THAN EPS. WROTE IT NICE AND BIG SO YOU CAN SEE
