He got on "mediator" status by not welching/scamming bets, but instead being an honest bettor.

You got on "welcher" status by doing the opposite, then you paid some back and got on "paid-back" status.




Just pointing out the obvious for those that don't know. Welcome to LS, it's a small community so people who tend to scam get sherlock'd pretty quickly around here.










I have no desire to read it, the tag alone is a good judge of character. If you were 100% honest and truthful, you would never end up with one, plain and simple.

People also make mistakes, we are all human, the fact that you took the steps to get on paid-back is a step in the right direction.

Not trying to be an ass, but I am just telling it like it is. Good luck with your guild and LS.

fyi, i've turned down several guild invitation (some are from well known med). i choose my guild, guild don't choose me. what's good to join a guild that doesn't play what i play?

Great attitude. You've clearly earned the right to be picky about guild selection.

Everyone chooses their own guild. You aren't special.

i feltl a lot of hate going around here but i'm cool!! chilling & have fun is my #1 priority!!

The community as a whole is really nice and helpful, but keep in mind it is a small community compared to B&P as well as other games like D2/RS/SC/etc. There are a few trolls here and there but lately a few of them have been turning a new leaf, so there is hope.

I can tell you that people with locked/scammer tags rarely venture here, because they get chased off faster than a witch from Salem. Many people, myself included, see welching bets as a scam, even though the site does not support it, so naturally you can understand our frustration when we see your bright pink tag. It's dishonest to not pay up, and people don't usually get a tag without earning it, so yeah, you must have done something dishonest at one point in time.

This community, as a whole, is full of honest, hard working people who just want to protect themselves and their friends/community/guild members. It's a natural reaction to be defensive when someone with a tag comes here, so don't be overly offended by it, but use that as a means to be honest and truthful and hard working yourself. Or not, the choice is really up to you.

Just trying to give a little insight on to how I personally feel, and I am sure many more feel this way. They aren't hating on you because you are a new LS player, they are hating on you because of the tag. (most of them)
