Melee chars are already handicapped. Most casters already out dmg melee, doing this will create a diversity of chars. Making more Hybrids and or Heavy casters

Well melee chars are already handicapped, so why not make them a little worse! This will obviously make more diverse characters, like casters! Which there is already a shit ton of.
Oh and by the way, the idea is horrible... Who in their right mind would vote yes to this. Um, please implement this, I want to be able to pay fg just so I can attack in this game.
