Found an error with my formula on determining unique names and then counting each occurance.
R2 (hidden): =IFERROR(INDEX(A:A,MATCH(,INDEX(ISNA(MATCH($A$2:$A$700,R$1:R1,))-1,),)+1,),"")
S2 (hidden): =IF(COUNTIF($A$2:$A$700,R2)>0,COUNTIF($A$2:$A$700,R2),"")

I'm too tired to see where I screwed up, but what I do is copy those down the column. I then simply copy/ paste special (value) to the 2nd tab and sort by column B.
If anyone knows excel and wants to help see where I screwed up, I'll gladly take your suggestion. MrMoJoRising isn't showing up so something is incorrect.

=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(MATCH(B2:B10,B2:B10,0),MATCH(B2:B10,B2:B10,0))>0,1))

That would count the number of unique names in B2 - B10, for example. Idk if that's what you were trying to do for one of those or not...
