because 100% quick draw, would mean that with 1 click you make infinite actions, so 1 hit would kill the sneaky in theory, but can be generated so much numbers in less that a fraction of second?
With 100% qd, 1 click gives you two attacks in 1 second, not infinite because the qd attack itself doesn't count as an attack from you hence triggering the qd action again. You often think you are hitting 3 times with qd but it is 1 hit, .5seconds, qd hit, .5seconds, 2nd hit. I don't think the sneaky shell would take too kindly of being wacked twice in the face with a tier 1 item from a character who didn't even bother to stat dex or str apparently.
Real question is though, what would happen if you hit a deathly blow to the sneaky shell as he does the same to you simultaneously. Would you die, would the sneaky shell die or would you swap positions and become the sneaky shell?
