Yea this is not good news Guess solo cata or guild only from now on.

just happened to me, softcore though.
we were between lvl 7 and 9 when we hit a dark shrine.
someone decided to toss a lvl10 battle axe into the well -> 1 hit and i was dead on my mage with 250life

we had a group --- hit large group Evil Presences ---- all ran

sadly still in group ---- mage went back into catacomb on a misclick --- INSTANT DEATH

than after that happens --- later on we had a guildy not on vent listening --- and did the same thing ---- luckily he got out before death ---

town door to kill (TDTK) --- dubious way to go in this game --- make sure you know who you are playing with --- and even then --- make sure you're paying attention

be safe and slash like your life depended on it --- in HC it prob does
