I personally already think melee is the dominant solo player ever since the addition of magical damage reduction. Melee is faster and if you make hybrids for soloing, you can full chain better than any other class.
Melee is better solo, caster is better in catacombs.

I agree with Craig on this. Melee and Casting are finally close to even for soloing. Caster used to be much faster for solo climbs and there is more of a balance to the game with the added magical defense.
Casting is for sure dominant now in catacombs, so if something were added it should be for cata only to even it out there.. but I think that would make the game far to easy.
I am sure a lot of people don't want to hear it, but I think the megagrit should be taken out of catacombs as it is far too powerful. When you have someone doing 1k+ damage per hit to every monster on the screen, there is no more challenge to the game. Climbs have become too fast already, so I don't think anything should be added for melee.. then the game would be a joke. I voted no.
