I'd say this is the wrong way to attack the problem because it would be impossible to maintain such a list without mods burning out from the constant editing involved.
A few things that could be done to make things easier for skillers:
1) Returning to the older system of 10x sale slots per char on all things that can be traded on the MP that fall under the "Items" or "Objects" category that are necessary for skilling would be the biggest help in my opinion. That means no limits on fish, glyphs, comfreys, essences, rods, etc and it would let market forces fill in the problem addressed by your list. In my case, I used to be able to buy lots of cheap fish on the mp before the update restricted our slots and now the MP is pretty much dead. Second example is the overly complicated process involved in buying and selling glyphs. Complaints about flooding the market are moot when you can filter your results by cost and stats.
2) As noted previously skiller ISO topics are not a problem here, even on softcore. Instead we should kill all the "My Market" threads or "1 fg item sale" threads so active trading and ISO topics won't get bumped down by 20 page threads no one ever reads.
3) Let skiller ISO and Sale topics remain in the search beyond the 3 day limit. Charge FG for it if necessary.
4) This one is a long shot but I'd like to see a LS Trading forum tag (call it a Skiller Tag) that would let higher level skillers edit their own ISO and sale topics. This ability would be limited to the LS trading forum for their core only and subject to an approval process like all other tags.
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is a skiller who knows what he is talking about...Love all the ideas, especially 1 and 4
