Please add an off function to this :)

No need to be extending the "wave" by 3-5 seconds to pick up a shrine... sounds silly to me.


In a group with people you don't know, I think this system works well

On hardcore, people have a lot of HONOR. Or atleast the people I participate with. This system for most on Hardcore would not be needed. Imo

Read it again. This is why I don't like pre-announcing.

This will NOT extend the time of catacombs, combat, or ANYTHING, hence the reason why it's an actual SOLUTION, whereas traditional ones are NOT. Repeat: IT WILL NOT STOP COMBAT, EXPLORING, ETC. It happens in the BACKGROUND.

So You kill last guy on the wave, Item drops, 3 people click on it, and driver continues -- 3-5 seconds later item gets distributed to the play who "won it", this happens as you are able to continue playing, etc ?

That sounds pretty nice :D

Yea, basically.. If I udnerstand you right.

Basically, the items don't poof right away like they do now. It doesn't prohibit gameplay or movement at all, you can continue exploring, fighting more waves, etc, unimpeded. Will be great for Hack the Hoard ;) Those items won't just "POOF" between waves now. God only knows how many great items were missed on the 9th killed mob each time. :)

Although I prefer solo and only catacomb with certain people/guilds, I like this a lot to thwart the occasional camper assaults. If it doesn't contribute to the lag or latency in any way, I think it's a great concept. :thumbsup:

At first I thought I was not going to like it because I heard delay timers but if they don't interact on the driver and he can keep going. I see no harm. Good shit.
