but if you ask if it is possible to turn your smartphone (most brandes) into a display for your PC, my answer would be yes.
but I doubt that the commen tools for this provide the possibility to controll keyboard/mouse

Requirements are a PSP with FW 5.00 M33-3 or lower,

this was not about downgrading, or running a CFW,

its more about that if you are running a CFW (aka Requirements)
you can do it.
I myself had a lower version of a CFW, but bevore I installed it I upgraded to 5.00 M33-3 without a PB.
If you never touched your FW then its proberly not worth it, if you arent intrested in anything else than LS
