I just sold an item for .95 fg. I realize I'm .05 from being able to buy a 1 fg item... Will this disqualify me if I buy a 1 fg item after I sell another item?

when i join do i have to make a new char? i already have one char which i played totally without using my fg but the char is already lvl33
