This just happened to me 3 wells 5 items later and poof.

Okay, but I only want to switch 1 item... let us say the Main Charm because my charm has more EES vs the other two items when I only want to pick up 2 items from the drop box.

Outside of your example using "w" (bad example), this causes some issues with my play style and the items I have equipped, where I do NOT want them removed because they have more life/mana and I don't want to shrine more items because I "auto switched all 3 equipped items".

As for ACC slot... how often do you switch it out? I hardly ever switch this charm out, that is because I don't need to switch every 5 levels... that is just bad. Maybe you don't know this, but from level 25+, you should only use a level 25, 35, 45 and 55 ... that is like 4 times you ever switch out your ACC slot during game play. You don't need to heal in the early levels... but hang on, you want to come back at me with casting... well.. you only need to change it starting @ level 15, 25, 35, 45 and 55... what 5 times. Do you really need a hotkey for that?

Hey, don't get me wrong... you play how you play, maybe you haven't realized how to utilize your items to reduce your time switching items... I don't know.
