... when Lifesteal got nerfed.

... when Evil Presence including Objective EPs dropped white items. (oh, and they were at least within the Tier level or 2 tier level below the character level and the killing blow.)

(hmm, I hope that made a bit of sense, considering, you used to be at least 10 levels [2 tiers] higher than the lowest drop, but EPs could contradict this.)

I would love for life steal to be more useful again. Maybe help affect the imbalance between casting and melee.
