as i mentioned before, did you try making a new HC character recently? should work, you have 15 SC, which should allow you to make 1x HC.
obviously it will refuse to allow +1 more SC char seeing the cap is now 8

I only had buffcore stuff but i did have a 70ee lvl 40 scale at lvl 58...and a few things that were fairly nice to have (bufcore wise) and a well map a 90ee staff.. nothing really worth something so I didn't care.
But and I were trying to have a little competition and I fell asleep soloing lol.
Woke up to my bufcore dead lmao (my only hc char)

HC here, since inception

I have been fishing a little bit again recently. Nothing crazy. I mostly base my interest in playing based on what the current event is

occasionally, use borrowed gear.
