Wow this would have been sick if the int was on there

That is still a damn nice Off Caster sword for Level 1 even without +Intelligence ... how many casts can you get with that and a Tier III charm? (main or ACC slot?)

For an example, this charm (Tier III) and mana cost is 21 ... that means you can cast it 10 times plus and 1 hit kill depending on your armor and the charm is in main slot"

EDIT: @ level 5 you still get 10+ casts with this in main slot since mana cost is only 29
