No no no... he exchanged the mana syphon saying it should have rolled EE you just added 200ee to an item then dropped off a useless mod. So basically you just added a near perfect roll in the place of a t1 mod where he replace a t9 mod with a different t9 mod.

See the difference? In his case he didnt change the rolls of the drops just the mod it rolled. Yes I agree your fake item is better than his but his is equivalent in mod rolls to the original charm.

I was only using the simple "What if" scenario followed by the removal of a mod to add a mod.
17% Mana siphon is a great side mode, why get rid of it when it refers to a cast charm?

I see your point and maybe his initial intent (but I can NOT speak for his because I am not him, neither are you).

Basically, I got rid of a useless mod and replaced it with a better mod and kept the other useful mods... oh well, he changed the vita to int, whereas I kept it.

Im just saying as far at rolls go the initial item and editted one had mod rolls of:

3x t1
1x t3
1x t4
2x t9

Yours was:

2x t1
1x t3
1x t4
2x t9
1x t10

Just saying his item and edit were mathematically roughly equivalent with 2 near perfect rolls. Yours had 3x near perfect stats instead. As I said before, I would definitely prefer the one you had because 17ms is insane! Ive spent alot of time soloing WL and when you get a high %MS you definitely notice the boost.

Mythical ice VIII

Mana Cost: 61

+134% Enhanced Effect
+1 Life Regen
+1% Damage Return
+1% Physical Damage Reduction

I use this and the 11%ms makes mana issues completely disappear for a while. Ive also found emblematic totems that have given good MS and its probably my favorite sidemod for solo casting.

Think of it this way... level 15, weapon +10% wind, armor +10% wind, main charm +10% wind...
any wind attacks vs you has a high chance of healing you. But, that won't happen too often.

The best setup for a Heavy Armor user (i know off topic) is weapon / armor / main charm with +10% each element and at least 100% enhanced effect.


30% wind mastery and now wind can heal you? You need to pass 100% first lol... you're just reducing wind damage taken by 30% at 30% wind mastery...

Magical Damage Reduction would actually be a hindrance. Think about it, you won't recover more life, you recover less if/when mastery returns hit points.

I have found many items (yes junk) that have the 4 mastery listed on it... damn, you can find more of these than you can more commonly useful items... shit, I could probably find more of these items compared to finding a TierIII item with +3 EES(EIS) item.

Hey, Can we please stop posting these FAKE ITEMS or ADJUSTING THE STATS? It's old. 10 years ago we got the point that a 60 ee item could have been 260. Boo hoo. But if it wasn't 260 then it could have been anything else too. It's not funny, clever, entertaining; you can stop now :) .
