It's still a very very nice staff.

This is a sexy item in my opinion. This staff will likely do more damage than a 116ee. My 30 dagger is 135ee/20dex and did significantly more damage than the 152ee 30 dagger my guildmate and I found. Definitely more than 3ee would have given it.

This staff also won’t cap its ee until 44 staff prof. This should always be considered when buying ee/stat combo
