I disagree. I think this is:

Mythical focused heal X
Heals: 341 to 409
+180% Enhanced Effect
+2 Vitality
+23 Intelligence
+1 to 10 Life per Kill
+1% Power Shot

Mentionable Heavys:

As the amount of high enhanced effect heavy weapons is still developing this section will cover all types for now until there are enough with high enhanced effect that necessitates their own sections. Please post if you have a level 0-20 heavy with within 10 enhanced effect of the observed max per tier(20ee per tier) and any 100+ Enhanced effect level 25-55. If your item does not show up on the list don’t panic I may have just saved it in a text file for later when I split them into types.

rectty welled a L5 pole with 74ee for me iirc, sold it ~1 year ago to clitsy007, will be hard to track it for that long time but maybe the owner will reveal himself here
