I don't mean to be a dick, so don't take it the wrong way... but I don't understand how people don't understand the concept of "DEX" armors, or any other main stat armor/weapon/charm for that reason. Your leather has 37 dex, the best in game has 41 dex. Unfortunately in a "DEX" category, only DEX matters. The side mods only come into play when a tie of the main stat occurs.

If Cole took into account all mods on an item, this list of "Best Items" would be subjective to ONLY his thoughts and views on what he thinks are the best items, and only what he thinks. Since he is the only person that does this list. There are plenty of scenarios all over the best items list where a certain item might be a better "Overall" item, but it isn't counted that way. Highest Dex wins, Highest Int wins, Highest EE wins, etc etc etc.

This is how Cole sees this stuff as well, so seriously, there is no point in arguing against it, it will not change. So lets just leave it at that and move on and go find more good drops.
