I would say both of them have value and therefore worthy of posting in here. Certainly doesn't belong in the sexy items though ^^

i would agree the 3 ML robe is not for wearing whilst muting, as Cheeya said, just get a level 55 and use a 10+ ML armour.

It's for wearing whilst levelling 1-10. I personally dont see the point but some people do. If a decent overspawn caster item drops it can be nice and a few of them have in the past few months. (40 ee 400 mana t3 wind and a 19 int dagger as two examples)

at worst either of them are pretty decent glyphs too
