Against the law to learn young kids english in french parts?
It's in the begin of childhood you can learn multiple languages fluently
without having to translate it back to 1 language you learnt as a kid.
I find it weird that countries with multiple languages have invisible language borders.
Same in Belgium, people either speak French or Dutch, and only a small part speak both.
Not being able to get around using your own language(s) in your own country...
