All loans are done at the traders own risk.
It's pretty clear in the rules / disclaimers that by doing loans you can end up being fucked over & nothing will be done about it.

same thing has happened to me on a much smaller scale but i have long since learned creating a spam thread only results in argueing while a pm to whatever guild he joins if much more effective
