mine is a plate mail, not sure if that makes any difference.

no, it doesnt... armors are classed by "light", "medium" and "heavy"

since chain and plate are heavy it doesnt matter

afraid its not, its INt daggers, all ur adds dont do anything for casting, his has 58mpk

I was just asking a question when the previous owner found it (and posted it into the best 1.20v drops thread)
I was just curious if it took over the #1 spot, but dex is =~1ee, so my question was answered.
