Idk what you’re talking about with nobody casts 1-5... I definitely have gotten all my lightning and wind prof from the 1-5 charm. The real “only issue” is that near perf charms at lvl 0 are a dime a dozen, it needs nice side mods to be anything.

Well, guess it was wrong wording, considering I am the person that made sure I had Rank 10 before doing my first ever Master quest and people called me nuts re-rolling and using different items from level 1-5 once I hit Rank 5 because you don't get prof points etc and blah blah my past.
