hmmm same tier as the glyph? If so then yes since a robe/staff with these would be sorta on the low side for int... add 10 more int and you got me though

sorta reminds me of my 4x stat lvl 30 glyph I had not too long ago it was like 16dex 27str if I remember correctly. I would have been just fine with that on an armor/charm
