yep when i kept track of about 3000 magical lvl 30 essence rolls the magic luck/ees/jubilance mods ended up being much less often then other mods. would need a bigger sampler size to tell for sure though but i think most people agree.

Ml and eis both spawn at roughly the same rate. Either one at a high roll are sexy imo

Most likely the same finding + Well maps since I have done like over 3000 full catacombs since the last map I found with +1 Wells... actually more likely more than 3k.
