Hm used to increase your heals by 1% for each 1 hm, which was somewhat overpowered. As of right now, it kinda sucks compared to what it used to be, although it's not bad.

My 140ee reg heal with 117% hm now and then:

Before: healed 900-1500ish
Now: 500-900

With int gear it heals about 350-750 or so.

Imo there is some room for improvements. Especially in team composition and thus ability choices... I think u can figure out these points as much as I can. If you still want to know how I would plan it, feel free to contact me.
I am sure on another attempt u will do it or at least will do much better... If change und things according to the latest experience and experience of other players

Before it used to not be affected by the 25% reduction from acc slot NOW it is with the mastery adding to charm itself then it gets reduced instead of being invisible and just adding massive power.
