Are the caps on the drop chart the same with well monsters? or is it possible to get more than 20% ee from a level 1-4 well monster?

I can't get anyone to update this, Martin is retired and ___ won't do it. Even if I post the new version, the sticky guides thread can't be update since that guy no longer has a M++.

I have version 9 ready, working on version 10 but kinda stopped.
