Agreed, you're definitely right but there's a slot for the best lvl 1 Int dagger, and it's an empty slot and when I searched for an Int dagger better than mine I didn't find one. I'm sure one will probably pop up, but as far as I know mine is the best level 1 in the topic as of right now.

I cast from level 1 on mage.

If you get enough mana it is better then meleeing because of the shrines.

vouch me 2 casting from lvl 1 on mage

and me for #3 here nothing beats 1-2min levels up to 15

I'll drive the nail in the coffin and add a 4th vote for this. I cast (mage) from 1 as well.
