1 str is better than no mods

but mana is definitely better than str/lpa for an int staff

that would be awesome on a weapon or armro or even a charm with stats like those shame weapon was not higher lvl with some nice ee on it

ofc my new armor aint better then the other "hybridish"/"dual-stated" one regarding the total amount of stats
