Yup, i got from same EP 208 ee wind 55 lvl and 48 str i think it was earth lvl 50 (sold it to Pazar already).

But both items from same ep

Just started a buffcore character, lets see how far I can go

found a white level 50 focused heal and ran back up to the well i found

was really scared of dying at first

but after like an hour of trying i got the kill

first 55 item to drop sadly it was a staff

I have a question regarding bufcore ...

I wanna lvl up only light and wild heal charms. Nothing else.
Am I allowed to swap my 40 dex ice charm I just got for 40 or less dex charm (light or wild) if anyone would do that?
