Hmmm... this adds to my theory... Implite (level 35), places a level 45 earth (to me [others] stupid) in a well, in one hit, Implite died, the rest of us (4) towned while I kept healing them before leaving last... called in Datis and told him of this, other 3 people left to get higher level characters... killed spawned well monster and result:

Mana Cost: 93

+165% Enhanced Effect
+1% Physical Damage Reduction


So... my conclusion was... you can get slaughtered welling heavy weapons of TierXIV in 1 hit even level 101 if they are 150% EE.

Theory... but damn... nice EE on that 55.
