It's not amazing, but it's the only one I've seen hardcore wise that's decent for level 1, and i like the life/dr add as well. (Even tho 1% dr at level one isn't amazing.)

typically just the warlocks cast from level 1, so much easier to melee to 10 or 15 or even 20 on other casters

I'm confused, that has nothing to do with the best items list.

Yes i dont wanna update the list every week if i only have 1 or 2 updates.
I atleast want 5-10 new updates before i post.
trying to keep it easy on Tapsa when i update since he has alot of other things to tend to as a Trusted member.
