0 ML overspawn?

Not possible, he must had shrine or sth with ML active ...

was on my monk @ lvl 14. my lvl 10 gear has no ML and didn't have anything else that i was aware of that had ML running?

i transfered this to hchold2 mule..

Was it a well? The boosted welling mods could have done this maybe?

I guess it can happen with zero ml too?

ML items might be about to tank in value if true lol

would have happened way too often in group climbs, never seen it without ML in the hundreds i've been part of.
Even solo i've not seen overspawn without ML in 100ish solo's and i check the majority of items seeing most of them get shrined for health/mana. Also would have expected someone to have noticed this sooner. unless the chance is literally 1 in a million
