i don't rly know its good or not, but i don't ever see over +1 prof rod

Thought this was a meme. What is this property?

it's cool but almost useless you can fish lvl 50 at lvl 46 with this but one mistake and it's snaped, worth a couple of fg but not crazy (and only 2-3 people could use it)

First time I got one I was like HAHA every fish will give me +2/3 prof so will be faster to skill prof, and.... I was dissapointed
